Responsibilities

Business Administration

  • Manage day-to-day business objectives.
  • Coordinate with tax and compliance specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 
  • Audit company records to ensure accuracy of financial and inventory information. 
  • Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings.
  • Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Assist with preparing year-end financial statements.

Business Improvement

  • Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals.
  • Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations.

Customer Service

  • Provide quality service to customers, vendors, and business partners.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree
  • 2 or more years of professional experience.
  • Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team is required
  • A security clearance may be required for this position; Therefore, U.S. Citzenship is required
  • Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge required.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred experience and expertise:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts).
  • Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
